We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Please ensure the hygiene seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn bras in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt.
